Icy Cheese Cake


Method
Preheat oven to 150°C
Soften the cream cheese to room temperature in a bowl
Add sugar and vanilla pod to bowl ⓘ
Whisk the mixture in slow speed for 1-2 minutes until ingredients are mixed well together
Add egg to bowl and whisk in medium speed for 5 minutes
Pour mixture in a mould of your choosing and into the oven for 20 minutes ⓘ
Out of the oven and let it cool before popping into the freezer for at least 1 hour to enjoy icey mid layer!
