Kimchi Tofu Frittata


Method
Preheat oven to 160°C
Add tofu and eggs into a bowl and mix with hand or fork
Mix until tofu and egg turn into a thick paste with some visible tofu clumps
Season with salt, pepper and any other seasoning of your liking such as chilli powder
In a hot skillet, add oil and swivel around to cover the base and pour tofu and egg mixture into the skillet ⓘ
Wait until side of the skillet starts to sizzle (around 5-8 minutes), layer kimchi on top of the mixture
Place skillet into the oven for 15 minutes
