Whipped Butter

Method
Soften the butter to room temperature
Add salt and milk to the bowl, and any other flavouring e.g. truffle oil
Whisk the butter in slow speed for 1-2 minutes until ingredients are mixed well together
Turn to high speed for another 2-3 minutes until creamy and expanded about 2/3 of is original size
Store in a bowl cover with cling film or air-tight container and place in fridge for later use ⓘ
