Osen Tamago (Hot Spring Egg)
Method
Add 1000 ml water into pot and bring to boil
Add 300 ml cold water and turn off heat
Place eggs into pot ⓘ and leave for 10-12 minutes ⓘ
Remove eggs from pot to cool
Crack egg to serve

Method

Crack egg to serve
Use a serving spoon or strainer to slowly put the eggs into the pot to avoid cracking
If egg turns out too raw, increase the time; if well done, decrease the time
